Fog Day Fun

Today school was cancelled due to very thick fog in the London area. The fog lifted late this morning, and then it started to rain. This makes for a very grey and dreary day. With five kids cooped up inside, they were running out of ideas on what to do...
Then Tim found his Touchable Bubbles!

So that was fun for a while! Now Tim and Deanna are outside playing in puddles with Tim's army stuff, and the little girls are playing with their paper dolls.
I think today was the first time I've had the camera out in a month! That's pretty sad....

FYI, the Grand Opening Evening for our new school is scheduled for March 13, so mark your calendars, and come on out to see our new building!

A fog day? Now I've heard it all! Oh well, any excuse for a day off school is a god one, right kids? By the way, I think we have the same keyboard (piano) as you.

When I say god one, I mean good one.

I knew what you meant!
Who is learning piano at your house - Olivia?
Deanna is liking it, she will be "outgrowing" the keyboard stage sooner rather than later. Too bad we have no room for a piano, although the digital ones at Costco are pretty nice!

There's always room for a piano, especially if it's digital... Maybe I should start learning the piano as well...give me a hobby.

Too bad I don't get snow/fog/PA/or holidays anymore. And I have to work Sundays. Sometimes, just a little, I miss school. But not that much.

Olivia will be taking lessons later this year. Her teacher is Mrs. Faber (Rita Klos) And yes, Stu, you should learn piano. Or rather organ, so you can preach and play, this will make you a more sought after minister!
